Irregularities in Handcrafted Products:

Slight irregularities in weave, prints, embroidery, or any other handcrafted aspect are not defects; they are a testament to the artistry involved in hand printing, hand weaving, hand embroidery, or hand painting. These nuances add to the uniqueness and beauty of anything handmade. Rest assured, every product undergoes a rigorous quality check before shipping.

Color and Image Variations:

While we strive to capture the real color tones in our photographs, please note that there might be variations due to digital images and the device you use to view them. Digital images may not capture every minute color tone or granular aspect of the fabric. Refund or exchange based on color variations or granular aspects will not be possible.

Delivery Timelines and Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, we’ll share tracking details with you. Please track your shipment, and if there are any delays, get in touch with us. We dispatch shipments promptly, but actual delivery depends on postal/courier services.

Delivery Exception Scenarios:

In rare instances, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as airline issues, customs delays, or natural calamities. Customs clearance times vary, and we appreciate your understanding in such situations. Label Agai is not liable for delays caused by postal or courier agencies.

Package Tampering and Return Policy:

If you find the package tampered with, do not accept the shipment. In case of incorrect/incomplete address or shipment return, any extra cost for redelivery will be payable by you. Returns or refunds are only possible in cases of an incorrect product being shipped.

Washing Instructions:

We recommend hand wash or dry cleaning for our products to preserve their beauty.

No Bargaining or Discounts:

Please note that our prices are fixed, and we do not entertain bargaining or discount requests.

Strict No Returns or Exchange:

Except in cases of an incorrect product being shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. The decision for any credits will be at the sole discretion of Label Agai.

Refund Process:

Refunds, if approved, will only be possible to a bank account based in India, excluding any bank transfer charges. The cost of shipping products back to us must be borne by you.
